10 West End Avenue has nice water views and is located in a soon-to-be happening neighborhood.
Not So Good
Those water views mentioned above may soon be history when the new shopping area is completed in front of it. The subway is a hike and the fitness center is looking dated.
The Bottom Line
Excellent location if you are looking for a quality home in an up and coming neighborhood. Although the area is a little desolate now, once the shopping center comes up this area will become a destination for many.
