The interiors in this building were thoughtfully designed by Alan Wanzenberg Design. Each unit features high ceilings and windows that reach from floor to ceiling. Kitchens are designed by Molteni, and feature hardware by Lefroy Brooks and Nanz. Walk-in closets are featured throughout the homes, as well.

Designed by Cook + Fox Architects, it features many landscaped spaces, a red-brick facade, multi-paned windows, and is pursuing a gold LEED rating for its commitment to green building practices. Resident amenities include a lap pool, hot tub, 24-hour doorman, live-in resident manager, valet, and a porter. Fitness facilities feature yoga and exercise rooms, sauna and steam rooms, locker rooms, and a juice bar. Other amenities include an entertainment lounge, storage, private outdoor courtyard, private covered driveway, and a garage.
Long a hub for writers, musicians, and artists, the West Village is still a bit Bohemian, but with more modern sensibilities. Still, its history lingers in cobblestone streets that blend in with the modern architecture and numerous restaurants, bars, and galleries. It’s also accessible by several subway trains.
