Great location, right off the West Side Highway with great water views. Beautiful lobby and great interior finishes. The amenities are nice as well. One of the best high schools in the city is just down the street.
The Not So Good
Some of the smaller units on the lower floors can be quite dark.
The Bottom Line
If you are looking for a new construction high rise in Tribeca, this needs to be one of your stops. With a beautiful lobby and amenities, it is highly worth considering.
Stone countertops, Calacatta marble, and Zuma soaking tubs are just a few of the delights found within the walls of the units at 200 Chambers Street. The 253 residences range in size from studios to 6 bedrooms, including several combination units. Designed by starchitect Costas Kondylis & Partners, residents enjoy a work of art to come home to each day.
The 29-story glass building features a landscaped 5,000-square foot terrace where residents can sunbathe or just relax in the glow of the city’s lights. A concierge and doorman serve resident needs full-time, as do a fitness center, garage, and children’s playroom. A courtyard with a waterfall garden adds another level of luxury and calm not often found in the city.
Tribeca is noted for its cultural and entertainment offerings, and 200 Chambers Street is a short walk to restaurants and favorite shopping destinations like Whole Foods and Barnes & Noble. Artistic and eclectic with varied architecture, Tribeca can be both a relatively quiet and bustling neighborhood, while offering a quick commute to the Financial District and other points of interest in downtown Manhattan.
