Apartments are not even one year old yet. Large layouts for a rental property. Gold Street has a lot of new construction going on. It is close to all major subway lines.
Not So Good
Rental quality finishes. No one bedrooms. Financial District could get dead at times. Far from where all the action is.
If you are budget conscious but still want luxury finishes, 40 Gold Street is worth taking a look at. This up and coming neighborhood should see a lot of change once the Freedom Tower is completed.
