Large open floor plans and loft style living in Columbus Circle. It is a quiet neighborhood.
Not So Good
Last time I was there, the doorman was rude, hopefully that has changed. Although floorplans are large, they maybe a bit unconventional. Area lacks restaurants or shops.
One of a few developments these days that build large homes. With a Midtown-ish location, you are in close proximity to Central Park and the Timer Warner building.
Featuring 41 units, Adagio 60 has an exquisite lobby, created by renowned designer Andres Escobar. It boasts Wenge wood floors and a sandstone fireplace. Located in a prime area near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln center, it is within walking distance to gourmet restaurants and trendy boutiques. Residents can choose between one, two and three-bedroom loft-style units, each equipped with a fireplace and a custom-designed, European kitchen. The 12-foot ceilings in select units and private terraces provide a sense of spaciousness. In addition, the Zuma soaking tub and heated bathroom floors create a soothing, tranquil atmosphere.
