The Good 
Brand new construction on 23rd St and 2nd Ave. Great location. Fantastic amenities including a rooftop and fitness center that is above street level. The apartments have nice finishes, fixtures, and modern aesthetics. Washer and dryer in the apartments. Tax abatement provided.

Not So Good
Neighborhood could be a little off at times. Units facing 23rd Street face a not so pleasing building across the street. A 10 minute walk to the subway.

Bottom Line
One of my favorite buildings in Gramercy in an up and coming neighborhood. A great property that is appealing for home owners and investors, but expect to pay high rents for tenants..

Tempo, located on the corner of 23rd St and Second Avenue, is a luxury condominium located in Gramercy. This 20-story building consists of 103 apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, dark oak wood floors and tall 10 foot ceilings. Tempo is located near Madison Square Park, situated between Union Square and Murray, and in close proximity to Chelsea. All the homes are equipped with a Unitone communication and security system that gives each resident access to a variety of services including concierge, intrusion detection, carbon monoxide and fire capabilities.

Prices range from the low $800,000's to almost $3 million. Tempo offers several different layouts, with the majority being one bedroom units. All the apartments are efficiently planned.
